Services
Online counselling
Our online counselling service provides accessible mental health support through secure video sessions. Clients can connect with trained therapists from 30 per 50-minute session, with flexible scheduling available 2-4 weeks after initial assessment. This service particularly benefits those with mobility challenges or busy schedules.
Face-to-face therapy
Available at six London locations, our face-to-face therapy offers traditional therapeutic environments for clients preferring physical presence. Sessions start at 40 weekly, with evening appointments to accommodate working professionals. Locations include Little Venice, Wimpole Street, and East Putney.
Trainee placements
We provide supervised clinical placements for trainee counsellors, offering fortnightly group supervision and individual mentoring. Trainees work with three clients simultaneously under strict safety protocols, gaining experience with cases involving anxiety, depression, and complex mental health issues.
Bursary support
Our bursary fund subsidises session costs for clients facing financial hardship. Approximately 14% of clients receive this support, ensuring therapy remains accessible regardless of income. Applications are assessed based on individual circumstances through our self-referral process.
Research participation
Clients may participate in mental health research conducted by trainee psychologists. Current studies explore body experiences in therapy for sexual assault survivors, with strict ethical guidelines ensuring participant safety and data confidentiality throughout the research process.
