Services
Counselling can enable you to achieve more confident and realistic ways of coping with your problems.
Your counsellor will help you to identify the nature of your difficulties, understand and acknowledge your problems and look at ways in which you might make changes.
Counsellors do not give advice as such, but will support you by listening carefully while helping you to explore your options and consider changes in the way you handle your relationships.
RSCCF also offers sexual relationship therapy.

RSCCF receives funding from Fife Council and the Scottish Government to cover part of its running costs.
However, the organisation is not part of the National Health Service or the Social Work Department, and therefore RSCCF relies on its clients to make a realistic contribution towards the long term sustainability of the organisation.
There is a 25 fee (15 for unemployed) for the intake appointment, payable at time of booking the appointment, the counselling is by donation.
Sexual Relationship Therapy is a specialism, for which we ask a contribution of 30 -50 per session.
