Services
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours. This structured approach is effective for anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our therapists work collaboratively to develop practical coping strategies.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) uses mindfulness and behavioural techniques to improve psychological flexibility. It helps clients accept difficult emotions while committing to meaningful actions aligned with personal values.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy processes traumatic memories to reduce their emotional impact. This evidence-based approach is particularly effective for PTSD and trauma recovery through guided eye movements and cognitive restructuring.
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling improves communication and resolves conflicts in relationships. Our therapists help partners develop empathy, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connections through structured therapeutic interventions.
Stress Management
Stress management therapy addresses work-related and personal stress through tailored coping strategies. We teach mindfulness techniques and cognitive restructuring to help clients achieve better work-life balance and emotional resilience.
