Business Details
We have built a practice grounded in over 20 years of clinical experience, serving individuals, couples, and families across a wide spectrum of psychological challenges. Our approach blends psychoanalytic depth with CBT and mindfulness techniques, allowing us to tailor interventions to each client's unique history and goals. Having worked within the NHS, charitable sector and higher education, I bring a breadth of expertise to every therapeutic encounter. I have held senior roles such as Head of the University of Hertfordshire Counselling Centre and Clinical Manager of a London residential therapeutic community, refining my leadership and organisational skills. In addition to private practice, I am the founder of Rareminds, the UKs first specialist charity for people affected by rare, genetic and undiagnosed conditions.

I regularly speak at conferences, conduct workshops and training days for medics, clinicians and patient groups, sharing evidencebased strategies. My supervision services are UKCP accredited, ensuring that clinicians receive ethical, reflective guidance that enhances therapeutic effectiveness. I maintain full professional indemnity insurance, an enhanced CRB check and operate under the UKCP Code of Ethics and Practice. All sessions are delivered either facetoface in my quiet, discreet premises in Guilden Morden or online via Zoom, ensuring accessibility. I am committed to client satisfaction, measuring progress through tangible improvements in emotional regulation and life satisfaction. By integrating rigorous clinical practice with compassionate care, I aim to empower clients to achieve lasting resilience and wellbeing.
